A Legacy of Excellence
 
The Scottish Fruit Bread Co. was founded in 2024 by Sebastian Kobelt, a renowned Pastry Chef and Chocolatier.
As a young boy, he helped his grandfather in the family bakery, where he fell in love with the art of baking.
 
Since then, Sebastian has worked in Michelin- starred restaurants and luxury hotels all over the world, serving his pressed prune loaves to world leaders, celebrities, and royalty.
 
After years of perfecting his recipe, he launched The Scottish Fruit Bread Co. to bring these exquisite loaves to a wider audience.
